During a stopover in Saint-Barthélemy, she invites you to experience the intensity of a memory, the emotion of a taste known and rediscovered.
Influences from Asia, South America and the Mediterranean blend into a vibrant menu, playing with steam, fire and spices like a culinary itinerary.
Each dish tells a story: that of a bustling Bangkok street, a colorful Lima market, or a sun-drenched Costa Brava shoreline. Romi doesn't limit itself to one continent, but celebrates the journey, with personality and character.
As night falls, the atmosphere takes on a unique energy.

Gourmands!
At lunchtime, Romi offers fresh, gourmet dishes served on the patio in the quiet of the palm trees. On the menu: spring rolls, fresh salads or tuna tartare ...
Other sweets, salads and sandwiches are also on offer at the Pool Club all day long. Around our swimming pool, coiled opposite the restaurant and bordered by lush vegetation, guests can dine while lounging on deckchairs and beach beds in colorful striped patterns; so many elements borrowed from tropical savoir vivre and the bohemian spirit of the 70s.
