ROMI is a one-way ticket to Indonesia. A tribute to our chefs' roots, ROMI brings out the culinary and cultural heritage of the world's largest archipelago, adding a touch of modernity and a hint of surprise.

Innovative cocktails (to share or not) are accompanied by indo-tapas to start the evening, followed by a menu of satays and signature dishes punctuated by a show-cooking moment to immerse you in our culinary expertise.

And to finish on a high note, a dessert menu combining gourmet delights and bold flavours to give you a soft landing...

At lunchtime, Romi offers fresh, gourmet dishes served on the patio in the quiet of the palm trees. On the menu: spring rolls, fresh salads or tuna tartare ...

Other sweets, salads and sandwiches are also on offer at the Pool Club all day long. Around our swimming pool, coiled opposite the restaurant and bordered by lush vegetation, guests can dine while lounging on deckchairs and beach beds in colorful striped patterns; so many elements borrowed from tropical savoir vivre and the bohemian spirit of the 70s.
